Northfive launches the Elevate Workshop Series
Northfive today announced the launch of the Elevate Workshop Series, a set of three practitioner-led workshop tracks designed to help organisations move beyond AI experimentation and into production-ready, AI-native ways of working.
The series launches with first mover pricing for workshops delivered in May 2026.
The three tracks
Northfive is expanding on the Agentic Engineering workshop success with two new workshop tracks for organisations that want to move past AI pilots and actually run these systems in production. First mover pricing is available for these delivered in May 2026.
The three tracks
- Agentic Engineering - hands-on sessions for engineering teams adopting agentic development workflows.
- Accelerating Engineering - for platform and infrastructure teams wanting to moving to AI-native operations and be prepared for agentic workloads.
- Modern Sovereignty - for technical and leadership teams working out a realistic path to data and infrastructure sovereignty, including what to migrate, what to keep, and in what order.
Each track is a one- or two-day format, delivered on-site and remote.
Who runs it
Workshops are run by people who have built and operated these systems themselves. That is the point. You are not getting career trainers or a reheated vendor deck.
Ronnie Bachmann, Founder and CEO of North Five, said: "We kept having the same conversation with leadership teams. They understood where things were going, but they didn't have the frameworks or the hands-on experience to move with any confidence. Elevate is how we get that experience into the room."
Pricing and availability
A limited number of pioneer slots are open for April and May. First Mover pricing runs through June, after which standard pricing applies.
